RECIPE:

INGREDIENTS:

• 1.5 oz Quest's End NPC

• 1 oz black coffee (cold brew or hot)

• 0.5 oz Demerara syrup

• 2 dashes of Aromatic bitters

• Lemon peel

For Demerara Syrup:

• 1.5 cup white sugar

• 0.5 cup demerara sugar

• 1 cup water

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Make Demerara syrup by combing the syrup ingredients and stirring in a pot over heat until sugar is dissolved.

2. Add first 4 ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.

3. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds.

4. Strain over ice.

5. Garnish with lemon peel.
