RECIPE:

INGREDIENTS:

• 2 oz Macabre Spirits Hell Is Not Mocked Texas Whiskey

• 1 oz Apple Cider

• 1 oz Lemon Juice

• 1 Egg White (or 0.75 oz Aquafaba for foam)

• Dash of Angostura bitters

• Lemon Peel “TWISTER!”

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Add the first 4 ingredients to a cocktail shaker without Ice.

2. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds to emulsify.

3. Open the shaker, add ice and shake again for 15 seconds.

4. Double Strain into Rocks Glass over Cubed Ice OR a Chilled Coupe without ice.

5. Add a dash of Angostura bitters on the foam and garnish with a lemon “TWISTER!” 

6. Serve.

(If skipping the egg white or Aquafaba foam, skip steps 1–3 and just mix the first two ingredients over ice in a shaker.)
